      Description

      Include a flags parameter to the call which is saved with the shared folders and also returned in the details and can be modified (via edit).

      The flags can hold several parameters, while atm only one is defined:
      Value: 0 (no flags)
      Value: 1 -> Always reply emails of this folder as the owner (send-as owner), defined in DeviceManager::FLD_FLAGS_REPLYASUSER
