Kopano listfolders script can not be executed with KC 8.2.0 final

      Description

      Due to the location change of the php mapi libraries the listfolders script is broken.

      The breaking change was introduced with:
      https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KC-461
      While this ticket refers to Suse apparently ALL distributions are affected.
