Deleting folders in Kopano WebApp is not synchronized to the client

      Description

      On folder deletion the remove is not exported to through to the client which has several bad side effects.

      First we thought this is related to ICS in KC but it isn't: https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KC-569

      This is related to the short folderid mapping introduced in Z-Push 2.3.0.
